Our property currently has twelve, 2-bedroom apartments and the goal it so continue to grow our presence in WNY. By providing housing opportunities for independent individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, we are helping to reduce the overall disability housing need. Every single apartment that is created is a minimum of one less person with a disability on an agency-run housing list. And though we are not an agency and do not provide services, we find ways to encourage our tenants to be part of the wider community through work, volunteerism, consumerism and more. READ MORE
