Property Development Updates
At this time, Home of My Own of WNY has purchased our first property and are working on construction and renovations to complete this property. As you might imagine, this is a big project, and to do it right, we are taking the time necessary to ensure we are doing all we can to execute our plans properly. Below, you will find some updates from our committees—be sure to check back often to see our progress. In the meantime, interested residents and their families are welcome to complete the potential resident survey.
Site plans are being worked on to be sure we are creating the best possible layouts for our residents, along with a core vision, which is our shared space to encourage learning and socialization.
Property Development
Though we have purchased our first property, the Committee continues to research additional potential sites for Home of My Own apartment communities. We are working with developers who have indicated an interest in helping us make our vision a reality and continue to scour several areas for potential properties.
